RESPONSIBILITIES

Front-line customer service;
Respond to e-mails and incoming phone calls;
Administrative support for the Sales team (i.e. prepare quotes and sales contracts, take payments, prepare transfers of inventory, etc.);
Coordinate the logistics of orders;
Greet customers and respond to questions and inquiries should all Sales Associates be occupied

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong customer service skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Motivated and a team player;
At ease with inventory operating systems and enjoys finalizing transactions;
Has initiative, versatility, organization, tact and diplomacy.
